Current Projects
KB Home has been considered one of the best homebuilders in the country for nearly half of a century. With new residential construction projects in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and the Northshore, they are reinforcing their position as one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Bradley Electrical Services, Inc. is proud to be the sole electrical contractor for KB Home’s work in Louisiana.
MBD Construction's experience includes hospitals and medical facilities, office buildings and corporate headquarters, churches and schools, multifamily residential projects and condominiums, historic renovations, restaurants, retail centers, and much more. The Perkins Rowe development in Baton Rouge promises to bring all of those elements together in one location. BES is currently preparing the Fresh Market and CVS Pharmacy buildings for their grand openings in 2007.
As a general contractor for the US Army Corps of Engineers, RCG Enterprises has been involved in disaster recovery in the Gulf Coast region from Florida to Texas. Since Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, RCG and other general contractors have delivered thousands of travel trailers throughout the region and have depended on Bradley Electrical Services, Inc. to install safe electrical connections for the storm victims’ temporary housing. BES has also worked for FEMA through Gibbs Construction, Harris Builders and Woodrow Wilson Construction across Louisiana and Mississippi to bring our people home again.
Woodrow Wilson Construction has begun building the new Livingston Parish Jail with BES as their choice electrical contractor. This project brings a much-needed addition to the parish’s law enforcement system. The electrical portion of the construction alone is a $1.9 million project.
Favrot & Shane Properties has close to 8,000 rental units throughout Jefferson Parish, many of which were damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Bradley Electrical Services, Inc. has helped bring apartments back into the market at Windmill Creek, Canterbury Square, Lost Bayou and Parktowne.
Many of New Orleans’ great institutions have been lost in recent years for various reasons, Hurricane Katrina’s impact being among them. BES is proud to bring back business like the Harrison Grocery and Tony Angelo’s Restaurant as they rebuild in the wake of the storm.
